How Do Refunds Work?

At shurl.ch, transparency and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. If you have subscribed to a paid plan and wish to cancel, you can request a refund for any unused billing periods at any time.

Here’s how it works:

👉 As soon as you request a refund, we will reimburse you for all upcoming billing periods in full. Periods that have already started cannot be refunded retrospectively, but your subscription will no longer incur any future charges.
